WAIST MEASUREMENT
Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in your torso. This is your natural waist. Place the tape around your natural waistline. Keep the tape parallel with the floor and place one finger between your body and the tape for a more comfortable fit.
HIP MEASUREMENT
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (approx 7-9 inches below your waistline). Keep the tape parallel with the floor.
Undercovers’ sizing is based on standard Australian underwear sizing.

- Rinse under cold water until the water runs clear
- Pop into a wash bag and wash on a cold gentle machine wash
- Line dry in the shade (eco-friendly points!)
We know it’s tempting on those lazy laundry days, but please avoid putting your Undercovers in the dryer, ironing or using fabric softener/bleach. Heat and chemicals can adversely affect the absorbency magic of your period undies.
