SHIPPING

Undercovers deliver throughout Australia using Australia Post’s trackable parcel delivery system. Australia Post does deliver to Post Office boxes.

Free tracked standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120.00.

$9.99 tracked standard shipping Australia-wide on orders under $100.00.

$15.00 tracked express shipping Australia-wide.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Once shipped, your tracking details will be sent by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Australia Post's estimated Standard parcel delivery times:

  • Metropolitan areas are 3-5 business days.
  • Regional areas are 5-7 business days.

Australia Post’s estimated Express Post parcel delivery times:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will endeavour to deliver to selected international countries. To place an order to be sent outside Australia please email us at orders@undercovers.com.au to find out if we ship to your destination.

We use Australia Post Tracked Shipping and international delivery times can vary greatly depending upon how often international flights depart to various regions. Therefore, Undercovers cannot either predict or be responsible for delivery times to international addresses. Most international deliveries will be between 21 and 35 days.

At present, Undercovers ships to most countries, however, this may need to be modified depending upon our experience with other countries' regulations, duties, taxes or charges. Tracking numbers provided will allow customers to track the progress of their parcel in real-time. Customers are responsible to make their own inquiries with Australia Post should they think their delivery has been unreasonably delayed or has not arrived at all. In the latter case, Undercovers may assist with inquiries at our own discretion.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES

As we are an Australian business, duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached its destination must be paid by the recipient and not by Undercovers. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Our system generally ensures that no Out of Stock item can be ordered. However, if you want to purchase an item that is currently listed as Out of Stock, please contact us at orders@undercovers.com.au and we can advise you of the expected wait time before that stock item is replenished. As we are Australian-made and owned, we can usually replenish the stock in a relatively short timeframe.
